Exercises: Goblet Squats, Kettlebell Swings, Tricep Dips, Tuck Jumps, Front Delt Raises, Bicycle Crunches, Bird Dogs, Planks
Muscle Groups: Legs, Shoulders, Triceps, Abs
Equipment: Dumbbell/Kettlebell
Instructions: The exercise chart is read from left to right and then top to bottom. Each circuit contains 3 exercises. Complete each circuit 3 times before moving on to the next circuit.
