How to do alternating jump lunges step by step:
- Get into a lunge position with your right foot forward and your left foot back, knees at a 90 degree angle
- Jump up and alternate legs landing in a lunge position so your left foot is forward and your right foot is back
- Be sure to keep your forward knee in line with your ankle
- Repeat
Variation: Add weight for increased difficulty
