This workout is dedicated to the dreadful full body exercise…burpees! We know most of you will despise this workout but it is one of the best ways to get in a full body cardio workout. Great for blasting fat, increasing your exercise endurance and mental toughness.
Exercise Time: 6 Minutes
Muscle Groups: Cardio
Instructions: The exercise chart is read from left to right and then top to bottom. Complete the desired exercise for 30 seconds and then rest 15 seconds. Move to the next exercise and repeat for a total of 2 rounds.
