Impossible Leg & Ab HIIT Workout

It’s LEG DAY! Start the week off strong by dominating this crazy leg and ab HIIT workout. You might not be able to walk for a while afterwards, but you will thank us when you have rock solid legs!

Exercise Time: 14 Minutes

Muscle Groups: Legs, Abs

Equipment: Dumbbells

Exercises: Alternating Lunges, Mountain Climbers, Goblet Squats, Double Pump Jump Squats, Alternating Step Ups, Stationary Sprints, Side Lateral Plank, Plank

Instructions: The exercise chart is read from left to right and then top to bottom. Each circuit contains 3 exercises intervals. Complete each circuit 3 times before moving on to the next circuit.
