HIIT Academy's Full Body HIIT Workout

This 18 minute full body HIIT workout is just the spark you need to kick your confidence into high gear for this weekends festivities.

Exercise Time: 18 Minutes

Exercises: In Out Push Ups, Burpees, Sliding Seals, Mountain Climbers, Bicep Curls, High Knees, Butt Lift Bridge, Leg Lifts, Planks

Muscle Groups: Chest, Legs, Biceps, Abs, Back, Cardiovascular System

Equipment: None

Instructions: The exercise chart is read from left to right and then top to bottom. Each circuit contains 3 exercise intervals. Complete each exercise interval for 30 seconds 3 times before moving on to the next circuit. The circuits are labeled accordingly.
