Friday is a great day to work on tightening those abs for the weekend. That’s why we are devoting today’s workout to abs! Time to crush it and feel the burn.
Exercise Time: 9 Minutes
Exercises: Plank Tucks, V-Holds, Bicycle Crunches, Plank
Muscle Groups: Cardio, Abs
Instructions: The exercise chart is read from left to right and then top to bottom. Complete the desired exercise for 30 seconds and then rest 10 seconds. Move to the next exercise and repeat for a total of 3 rounds.
