Legs, Cardio, Abs Oh My! HIIT Workout

Give yourself a reason to not feel guilty for all the bad food you eat over the holidays by crushing this intense fat burning HIIT workout before you start the festivities!

Exercise Time: 14 Minutes

Exercises: Goblet Squats, Good Mornings, Alternating Step Ups, Burpees, Russian Twists, Lateral Plank Tucks

Muscle Groups: Legs, Cardio, Abs

Equipment: Dumbbells

Instructions: The exercise chart is read from left to right and then top to bottom. Each circuit contains 3 exercises intervals. Complete each circuit 3 times before moving on to the next circuit.
