How to do goblet squats step by step:

  1. Stand with your feet a little bit wider than your shoulders and hold a dumbbell close to your chest
  2. Squat down to at least parallel while keeping the knees in line with the ankles
  3. Push through your feet back up to a standing position
  4. Repeat
