Get your heart pumping with today’s complete cardio HIIT workout. You will feel more than accomplished if you can complete this less than 10 minute workout.

Exercise Time: 9 Minutes

Exercises:Plank Tucks, High Knees, 1/4 Squat Jumps, Stationary Sprints

Muscle Groups: Cardiovascular system

Equipment: None

Instructions: The exercise chart is read from left to right and then top to bottom. Complete the desired exercise for 30 seconds and then rest 10 seconds. Move to the next exercise and repeat for a total of 3 rounds.
