Exercises:Plank, Side Lateral Plank, Cat Vomits
Muscle Groups: ABS
Equipment: None
Instructions: The exercise chart is read from left to right and then top to bottom. Complete each exercise consecutively for 30 seconds and then rest for 30 to 60 seconds after cat vomits. Repeat for a total of 3 rounds.
