This double Tabata HIIT workout is designed to get those legs in shape! Its only 9 minutes of intense leg burning work. Get it done!

Exercise Time: < 10 Minutes

Exercises: Squats, Alternating Jump Lunges, Tuck Jumps, Leg Lifts

Muscle Groups: Legs, Abs

Equipment: None

Instructions: The exercise chart is read from top to bottom. Complete TABATA 1 for a total of four times and then rest for 30 to 90 seconds, then complete TABATA 2 four times.
