Exercise Time: < 12 Minutes Exercises: Lateral Plank Tucks, Toe Touches, Bird Dogs, Russian Twists
Muscle Groups: Abs, Back
Instructions: The exercise chart is read from left to right and then top to bottom. Complete each round and then rest for 30 – 60 seconds. Repeat for a total of 3 – 4 Rounds
