This HIIT workout is devoted to all cardio excercises to help maximize fat loss and increase your endurance. This will leave you breathless but looking more ripped than ever!
Exercise Time: 9 Minutes
Exercises: 1/4 Squat Jumps, Mountain Climbers, Jump Rope, High Knees
Muscle Groups: Cardiovascular System
Equipment: Jump Rope
Instructions: The exercise chart is read from left to right and then top to bottom. Complete the desired exercise for 30 seconds and then rest 15 seconds. Move to the next exercise and repeat for a total of 3 – 4 rounds.
