Quick Core HIIT Workout

Crush the core today with this super effective HIIT workout. It’s short and sweet but will leave you more than satisfied when you are finished.

Exercise Time: < 12 Minutes

Exercises: Knee To Elbow Planks, Sliding Seals, Mountain Climbers, Scissor Kicks

Muscle Groups: Abs, Back

Equipment: None

Instructions: The exercise chart is read from left to right and then top to bottom. Complete each round and then rest for 30 seconds. Repeat for a total of 3 – 4 Rounds
