Legs, Cardio, Abs HIIT Workout

Exercise Time: < 10 Minutes

Muscle Groups: Legs, Abs, Cardiovascular System

Equipment: Kettlebell

Exercises: Kettlebell Swings, Planks, Tuck Jumps, Knee To Elbow Planks

Instructions: The exercise chart is read from top to bottom. Complete TABATA 1 for a total of four times and then rest for 30 to 90 seconds, then complete TABATA 2 four times.
