How to do split push ups step by step:
- Place one of your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart then place the other hand down by your hip and place your toes on the floor while face down
- Keep your body in a straight line from your shoulders to your feet and keep your abs and butt engaged
- Lower yourself by bending your elbows until your chest almost touches the floor
- Drive through the palms of your hands to push yourself back up until your arms are locked out
- Repeat
