How to do clap push ups step by step:
- Place your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and place your toes on the floor while face down
- Keep you body in a straight line from your shoulders to your feet and keep your abs and butt engaged
- Lower yourself towards the ground by bending your elbows until your chest almost touches the floor
- Explode up, pushing yourself off of the ground
- Clap your hands at peak height and catch your self before you return to the ground landing back in push up position
- Repeat
