HIIT Exercise: How To Do Lat Pull Downs


Targeted Muscle Groups:Lats, Back

How to do lat pull downs step by step:

  1. Sit at a lat pull down machine, or use bands in a door, grip the handles using an overhand grip and pull towards your chest as far as you can
  2. Keep your elbows wide, contracting your lats and squeezing your shoulder blades together
  3. Slowly return to the starting position
  4. Repeat

Variation: Pull Ups, Chin Ups
