Just tried the 9 minute Cardio Workout as I did not want to work out today so thought I’d do a short one. Awesome quick HIIT workout!

I just love all the workouts it’s simple and quickly. The results are visible with time.
I’m really into doing bodyweight training (exercises). I’ve recently decided to change my life and lose 75 pounds. I enjoyed doing the lower back/abs workout you provided and look forward to doing more of them. Thank you!
