How to do double pump squat jumps step by step:

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder with apart
  2. Squat down a ¼ of your normal range
  3. Stand back up
  4. Squat down a ¼ of your normal range
  5. Jump up as high as you can
  6. Land safely
  7. Repeat
