Ab Crushing HIIT Workout


Crushing Morning Abs

There is no better way to kick start your morning than with an awesome ab crushing HIIT workout. Give this a try within an hour of waking up.

Exercise Time: < 12 Minutes Exercises: Bicycle Crunches, Knee to Elbow Planks, Russian Twists, Leg Lifts

Muscle Groups: Abs, Abs, Abs!

Equipment: Bodyweight

Instructions: The exercise chart is read from left to right and then top to bottom. Each round contains 3 exercises. Complete each exercise for the desired reps then move to the next exercise. Once you have completed the leg lifts, rest for 30 to 60 seconds depending on how much time you need to recover.
