100 Burpees Challenge

We want to push the students here at HIIT Academy to new fitness heights, so this month we are introducing a new feature: the Challenge. What is this month’s challenge?  The 100 Burpee Challenge. The rules are simple – Time yourself and find out how long it takes you to perform 100 burpees.

A new challenge will be featured each month. Test yourself by attempting the challenge on the first and last day of each month. Don’t worry, we’ll remind you with a friendly email before the month is up.

A word of caution: they are not going to be easy. They will be testing all facets of your fitness including strength, conditioning, and your mental toughness.
